Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM is not a substitute for Western Medicine but can be an effective and holistic source of complementary and integrative medicine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed the benefits of TCM in a wide range of conditions, to name a few:

  • pain management

  • musculoskeletal conditions (neck/lower back)

  • digestive disorders

  • upper respiratory infections (URI)

  • insomnia

  • hormone-related health and many other conditions.

Chinese Medicine can also assist in managing mental health issues such as anxiety, stress and depression.
