Acupuncture is an ancient system of complementary medicine that has been keeping people healthy for over 2,500 years. It involves gentle insertion of very thin filiform needles at key points in the body to evoke a therapeutic, curative effect.
Often combined with the modalities of acupuncture and cupping, Tui-Na (pronounced "tway-nah") is a therapeutic massage technique that has been used in China for over 5,000 years. It is a safe and effective treatment for a wide variety of conditions.
Over 13,000 herbal medicinals are used in China, These plant elements can be roots, leaves, rhizomes, stems and peels. Typically, medicinals are prepared in a batch for decoction.
